Contact your JJWV sales representative for more information on how to establish such an account. SHIPPING JJWV Marketing Corporation utilizes a variety of common freight and expedited carriers. Under certain circumstances, JJWV Marketing Corporation may extend the choice of shipping carrier to the customer. JJWV Marketing Corporation reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding shipping carriers. Any damage due to shipping must be referred directly to the carrier service. JJWV Marketing Corporation cannot be responsible for damages due to carriers’ negligence. Any discrepancies in JJWV Marketing Corporation’s order processing or shipment, such as quantity of products invoiced versus actual products delivered, must be reported within three (3) days of receipt by customer in order to make a legitimate claim of error.

RETURN OF MERCHANDISE

NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS! NO merchandise may be returned to JJWV Marketing Corporation for any reason without prior approval by authorized representatives of JJWV Marketing Corporation Follow these steps in order to ensure proper return of merchandise: (1) Contact your JJWV representative and request an RGA (returned goods authorization) number. (2) Provide your JJWV representative with full and proper information regarding the details of the merchandise to be returned, such as reason(s) why, date of purchase, etc... (3) All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice receipt. (4) All merchandise must be properly repackaged in order to ensure safe shipment and delivery of the merchandise to JJWV Marketing Corporation (5) NO RETURN on private label products. JJWV Marketing Corporation reserves the right to apply a restocking charge and/or deny credit to the customer for returned merchandise that has been special‐ordered, altered, modified, damaged, or otherwise changed from its original state, regardless of reason. Original shipping charges will be credited in the event of a shipping error by JJWV Marketing Corporation

CREDIT

JJWV Marketing Corporation will make every attempt to process your credit in a timely and efficient manner. In instances where returned merchandise, JJWV Marketing Corporation will not apply credit to the customer until JJWV Marketing Corporation has received the merchandise.

CANADIAN ORDERS AND CUSTOMS

For Canadian orders, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Marketing Corporation has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from naturalalphaomega.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of your order's contents by product type.
